Union Minister Pralhad Joshi's estranged brother arrested for cheating JD(S) MLA's wife

Bengaluru Police on Saturday arrested Union Minister Pralhad Joshi's estranged brother Gopal for cheating ex-JD(S) MLA Devavand Phool Singh Chavan's wife Sunita of ₹2 crore. Gopal, his son Ajay and a woman named Vijayalakshmi Joshi were booked on Thursday. Sunita alleged Gopal duped her on pretext of securing her family a BJP ticket to contest the recent Lok Sabha elections.
