Union urges IndiGo to cancel Turkish Airlines lease

Amid boycott calls against Turkey for supporting Pakistan during Operation Sindoor, Airport Aviation Employees Union has urged Inter Globe Aviation, the operator of Indigo airlines, to terminate the wet lease granted to Turkish Airlines at the earliest. Under the agreement, Turkish Airlines operate wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft on Indian routes, particularly between India and Istanbul.
