United Breweries staff 'inadvertently' leaks firm's sensitive info

Beverage-maker United Breweries on Thursday said an employee "inadvertently disclosed unpublished price-sensitive information" of the firm to an outside individual. The information pertained to draft annual financial results. The company said financial results were disclosed to stock exchanges within a few hours of the leak. "We'll initiate steps to take necessary action in this regard," it said.
