Univastu's shares jump on signing MoU to develop data centre

Univastu India's shares jumped after signing an MoU with Sweden-based URBS Systems to develop hyperscale, edge, colocation, and AI/HPC data centres in Maharashtra. Aligned with the state’s Data Centre Policy, Univastu will act as the local EPC partner. The ESG-focused collaboration targets long-term growth and revenue diversification beyond construction.
