Unnatural sex by husband even by force not a crime: HC as woman dies

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that a husband cannot be prosecuted for the offence of rape or unnatural sex with an adult wife, even if it is by force or without her consent. This came on a plea by a man whose wife died after accusing him of indulging in unnatural sex with her against her will.
