Unnatural sex by man with wife not rape: MP High Court

Madhya Pradesh High Court ruled that a husband's sexual act, including unnatural sex, with his wife over fifteen years during their valid marriage cannot be classified as rape. The court cited the non-recognition of marital rape as an offence in India and deemed the wife's consent immaterial in such cases.
