Unnatural sex with wife not rape, her consent is immaterial: MP High Court

The Madhya Pradesh HC quashed an FIR against a man filed by his wife accusing him of having unnatural sex. "The act of unnatural sex by a husband with his legally wedded wife residing with him is not an offence," HC observed. "If that act is committed with his wife, not below...fifteen years then her consent becomes immaterial," it added.
