Unnecessary remand by higher Court must be avoided: SC

While dealing with a matter involving the correction of a map for a plot where the case was remanded to the Additional Collector, the Supreme Court has held that any unnecessary remand by a Higher Court generates a fresh round of litigation. The Apex Court held that same should be avoided.
