Unregulated hot air ballooning puts tourists at risk in Kullu

Himachal's Kullu Valley is facing growing safety concerns as the rapid expansion of hot air ballooning outpaces regulation. More than 50 balloons operate in Katrain, Manali and Solang Valley, but none is registered with the Tourism Department.
