UNSC adopts resolution condemning Iran's attacks on Gulf nations
The United Nations Security Council on Wednesday adopted a resolution condemning "in the strongest terms" Iran's "egregious attacks" on Gulf nations Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. A total of 13 countries voted in favour of the resolution, while Russia and China abstained. India along with nearly 140 countries cosponsored the Bahrain-led resolution.
