UNSC condemns Pahalgam attack, calls it reprehensible act of terrorism

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) condemned the terror attack in J&K's Pahalgam, calling it a "reprehensible" act of terrorism. "UNSC underlined the need to hold perpetrators, organisers, financiers and sponsors [of the attack] accountable and bring them to justice," a press statement issued by the 15-member body stated. Notably, Pakistan has sought an international probe into the attack.
