UP BJP MLA accused of beating, giving electric shocks to 3 men over missing gold bangles

Kunwar Sushant Singh, BJP MLA from Badhapur in Bijnor district, is accused of holding three young men hostage over suspected theft of gold bangles belonging to his son. The victims' families alleged that the men were hanged upside down, beaten with belts and sticks, and given electric shocks. One of the victims is reported to be in critical condition.
