UP CEO orders deactivation of login IDs after 10,470 suspect voter entries found in UP's Pilibhit

UP Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has directed the immediate deactivation of login IDs of computer assistants working in Electoral Registration Officer offices across the state on the ECINET portal. This comes after "irregularities" were found in 10,470 entries in the electoral rolls of the Pilibhit Assembly constituency. Earlier, action was taken against two Electoral Registration Officers (EROs).
