UP doctor hailed for saving lives now blamed for kids' death

Dr Kafeel Khan was reportedly found to be largely responsible for the shortage of oxygen gas cylinders in Gorakhpur's BRD Medical College Hospital. He was sacked from hospital duties on Sunday for ‘dereliction of duty’ as well as ‘carrying out private practice’. He had earlier made it to the headlines for his alleged efforts to save the children's lives.
