UP drug kingpin builds secret basement 15 ft below ground at home, uses it to flee after raid

Taslim, a kingpin of a drug syndicate who used children to transport his consignments, used a secret basement at his residence in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut to flee the police during a raid on Friday. Taslim had built the basement 15 feet below the ground to store the drug consignments. He has more than 70 cases registered against him.
