UP Govt tables ₹24,496.98 crore supplementary budget in Assembly

The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday presented a ₹24,496.98 crore supplementary budget for 2025–26 in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly. The additional allocation, accounting for 3.03% of the original budget, aims to sustain development momentum and meet emerging expenditure needs. With this, the state’s total budget size has risen to ₹8.33 lakh crore.
