UP IAS officer Rinku Singh demands 50% pay cut as he does only '4 hours of work'

IAS officer Rinku Singh Rahi has written a five-page letter to the UP government demanding that his pay be cut by 50% or that he be transferred, as his current position only involves "four hours" of work. Currently posted as SDM (Judicial), Rahi also alleged interference by UP Minister Swatantra Dev Singh and BJP MLA Gauri Shankar Verma.
