UP man held for drinking, cooking meat over burning funeral pyre

A man was arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur for allegedly cooking meat over his neighbour's burning funeral pyre, police said. The victim's son reportedly spotted three men cooking at the cremation site and alerted police. One accused, identified as Surendra, was arrested, while two others escaped. Police said the trio had allegedly been drinking alcohol before cooking meat.
