UP man returns from UK to surprise wife; she & lover chop him & seal parts with cement in drum

A woman and her lover have been arrested after they allegedly murdered her husband, a merchant navy officer, after he returned from London to surprise her in UP's Meerut, police said. The accused allegedly chopped his body parts into several pieces and sealed it in a drum with cement. Drill machine was used to recover victim's remains.
