UP policeman uses mobile phone to scan people for citizenship check, video surfaces

A video has surfaced online showing a purported citizenship verification machine being used by the police in UP's Ghaziabad on a man and indicating him as "Bangladeshi". In the video, a policeman was seen "scanning" the people with a mobile phone to determine their citizenship. "How did you get a machine which detects...Nationality just by touching...body?" an X user commented.
