UP school headmistress allegedly hits guardian over TC dispute

A video from Uttar Pradesh's Kaushambi allegedly shows a school headmistress hitting a student's guardian with her footwear during a dispute over a Transfer Certificate (TC). Basic Education Officer Kamlendra Kushwaha confirmed that the video is from Tika Ka Pura Primary School in Muratganj block and said the matter has been referred to the Block Education Officer for an inquiry.
