UP headmaster comes drunk to class, gets suspended

The headmaster of a government school in Kanpur reportedly came to class while drunk. A video shows primary schoolchildren in Nivada village giggling while playing with his hair and touching his forehead. The education department in Uttar Pradesh has suspended the headmaster, who was reportedly lying down by the roadside before some villagers had taken him to the school.
