UP too big to govern, should be divided into 4 states: AAP

AAP spokesperson Sanjay Singh has said the party supports the division of Uttar Pradesh into four smaller states and "will go to the extent of even launching a movement" for this. Singh said, "UP is a big state...Its population is as much as that of any big country. It has become practically very difficult to govern such a vast state."
