UP trainee lawyer jumps to death, blames father for trauma in note

Priyanshu Srivastava, a 25-year-old trainee lawyer, died by suicide after jumping from fifth floor of a court building in Kanpur, UP. Before his death, he shared two-page WhatsApp note, blaming years of emotional trauma, academic struggles, strict parenting and alleged mistreatment by his father. In the note, Priyanshu requested that his father should not touch his body after his death.
