UP Woman Burns Husband's Private Parts With Cigarette

A 28-year-old woman was arrested by the Bijnor police for allegedly torturing her husband by burning his private parts using a cigarette after tying him up. Later, she tried to strangle him, said cops on Sunday. The incident was captured on camera, which purportedly showed her torturing her husband and injuring his private parts.
