UP woman drinks phenyl, seeks marriage with jailed accused

A sexual exploitation survivor in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur allegedly consumed phenyl inside a police station while demanding to marry the man she had accused in an FIR. She was rushed to hospital and is stable. The accused was arrested and sent to judicial custody after she alleged he had sexually exploited her for three years on false promise of marriage.
