UPA, Congress’ mistake to not implement caste census: Rahul Gandhi

Addressing an election rally in Jharkhand's Ranchi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that UPA and Congress came up with the idea of a caste census. "I consider it a mistake that we didn't implement it then," Rahul added. However, he further said that party will rectify its mistake by implementing the census starting with Congress-ruled states of Karnataka and Telangana.
