UPA govt didn't reply to plan to avenge 26/11: Ex-IAF chief

Former Indian Air Force chief Fali Homi Major has said the force had planned a surgical strike to avenge the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, but never received approval from the then UPA government. Adding that there is a 24-hour window of opportunity to strike post attacks like 26/11, he said they had the capability to hit terror-training camps in PoK.
