Upasana Singh takes charge as CINTAA president after court ruling

Actor Upasana Singh assumed CINTAA presidency on October 27 after a Dhindoshi court ruling favoured her faction. She alleges the rival group broke FDs worth ₹73 lakh and transferred funds to another account. The Bombay High Court issued a contempt notice to Poonam Dhillon and Padmini Kolhapure's faction over a rival election held on October 20.
