upGrad to invest $40 mn more in Harappa Education after acquisition

Edtech unicorn upGrad will invest an additional $40 million in Harappa Education, an online learning platform, to create Harappa Global School of Leadership. upGrad had announced the acquisition of Harappa Education in July 2022 at a valuation of $38 million. In August 2022, upGrad announced securing an additional $210 million from ETS Global and Bodhi Tree among others.
