UpGrad valued at $1.7 bn, awaits nod for Unacademy deal: Report

Edtech firm UpGrad has been valued at $1.7 billion in its latest valuation report, The Economic Times reported. The company is awaiting Competition Commission of India's approval for a potential acquisition of Unacademy. UpGrad reported a net profit of ₹38 crore on revenue of ₹1,532 crore in the first 11 months of FY26.
