UPI would've been free for 20 years if Subhash Chandra hadn't gotten 99.97% haircut: Ashneer

Ashneer Grover reacted to the 0.4% MDR on P2M transactions worth over ₹2,000. "Bhai, Chandra sahab ke ₹22,000 crore maaf nahi karte to India mein UPI agle 20 saal tak free chal jaata (UPI would've been free for 20 years if [Zee Founder Subhash] Chandra's ₹22,000-crore debt hadn't been forgiven)," Grover said. He noted that NPCI has ₹6,119-crore "hard cash".
