UPI wouldn't have been built if not for Mumbai: NPCI CEO Asbe

The Unified Payments Interface (UPI) wouldn't have been possible if the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) had not built the product out of Mumbai, NPCI CEO Dilip Asbe said.
