Upload Dia Mirza's anti-crackers video again, HC tells BMC, adds 'India is secular nation'

The Bombay High Court has ordered the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to upload the crackers-free Diwali campaign video featuring Dia Mirza again, after it was taken down. The court said it was disturbed by "stray comments made by some politicians" and added, "India is a secular country." "They (celebrities) are coming for public health; what is wrong?" the bench remarked orally.
