UPSC aspirant denied entry to exam hall, commits suicide

A 28-year-old UPSC aspirant allegedly committed suicide in Delhi's Rajendra Nagar on Sunday after he was denied entry into the examination hall for arriving late. Police reportedly found a suicide note at his residence which read, "The rules are fine but there should be some leniency." An investigation into the incident is underway.
