Upset with BJP over seat-sharing formula in PMC polls: Shiv Sena
The Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena is set to part ways with BJP in Pune ahead of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) elections over seat-sharing disputes. BJP offered 16 out of 165 seats to Shiv Sena, which the party rejected. "We're upset with BJP's treatment...this seat-sharing formula is unacceptable to us," said Sena leader Ajay Bhosale. The party may contest independently.
