Uranium delivery to B'desh nuclear plant delayed as Pak blocks airspace clearance

Bangladesh's Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant faced a delay in uranium transportation after Pakistan denied airspace clearance for a cargo flight carrying nuclear fuel for Unit 2. The shipment was scheduled to arrive on September 24. Bangladesh's Minister for Science and Technology Faqir Mahbub Anam said the exact reason for the denial remains unknown.
