Urban Company has been criticised for its 'Insta Maids' service promising to provide domestic help within 15 minutes, with prices starting at ₹49 per hour. "No maid will enrol at this price," said one X user, while another called the service "tone deaf". Some people also objected to use of the term 'maid'. Some netizens have, however, welcomed the move.
