Urban company sues Kent RO for defamation over water purifier ads

Urban Company has filed a defamation suit against Kent RO Systems before Delhi High Court alleging its advertisements made false claims about the 'Native' water purifiers. Urban Company claimed Kent RO's ads called Native water purifiers "unsafe" and "risky" for consumers. Delhi High Court asked Kent RO to pull down the advertisements and social media content by August 27.
