Urban Company to file papers for ₹3,000cr IPO by March-end: Report

Home services startup Urban Company is planning to file draft papers for its ₹3,000-crore IPO by March-end, Livemint reported. The firm has appointed Kotak Mahindra Capital, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to manage the public issue, it added. The Prosus-backed company, last valued at $2.1 billion in June 2021, will reportedly issue new and existing shares in the IPO.
