BJP criticises Karnataka govt for making Urdu mandatory for Anganwadi teachers in K’taka town

A notification by Karnataka government mandating Urdu as a must-known language for candidates applying for the Anganwadi teachers post in Chikkamagaluru district's Mudigere has surfaced. BJP criticised the Congress-led state government, saying, "CM Siddaramaiah...must explain why Urdu is being prioritised over Kannada."
