US' Blue Owl sells ₹12,700-cr loans to 3 funds, its own subsidiary

US-based Blue Owl Capital sold $1.4 billion (₹12,700 crore) worth of loans to three pension funds and to its own insurance asset manager, Kuvare Asset Management. Blue Owl acquired Kuvare in 2024 in a $750-million (₹6,800 crore) deal. "If similar transactions are repeated...it would...make it more difficult to track the risk", NDTV Profit reported, citing Barclays analysts.
