US' FAA proposes easing rules for commercial space launches
US' Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed streamlining regulations for commercial space launches and allow launch applications to be submitted electronically. This comes amid US' target of 1,000 launches by 2030, an increase from 178 launches in 2025. FAA's proposal suggests combining three safety analyses into one submission and has invited public comments till November 4.
