A US Customs and Border Protection notice announced that Donald Trump's new tariffs have come into effect, but the rate mentioned is 10%, not the 15% which he'd promised. After US Supreme Court struck down Trump's tariffs, he announced 10% tariffs on Friday and increased them to 15% a day later. The 15% rate would reportedly be imposed later.
