US' only African base comes under range of Iran-backed Houthis as they capture key Yemen island

Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, the only American military base in Africa, has come within range of attack drones and ballistic missiles of Iran-backed Houthis after they captured Yemen's Mayun Island. They have defeated Saudi-backed pro-government forces and captured the strategic port city of Mocha in Yemen. The slippers-wearing fighters are about to seize control of critical Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
