US: Rapist on the run for 30 years caught during a traffic stop

A missing bicycle reflector led to the capture of George Hartleroad, a convicted rapist evading arrest for nearly three decades. Stopped in West Des Moines, Iowa, Hartleroad provided false information but was later identified through face recognition. He had escaped a Wisconsin halfway house in 1995. Hartleroad, 71, is now in custody under the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
