US 'suffocating' Iran with economic blockade: US Treasury Secy

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated that the US is tightening economic and financial pressure on Iran, aiming to weaken the country's leadership and oil industry. He added, "They are not able to pay their soldiers. This is a real economic blockade." He added, "Their oil infrastructure is starting to creak...It hasn't been maintained again because of our decades-long sanctions."
