US, Ukraine & Russia agree to exchange 314 prisoners: US envoy

US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff on Thursday said that delegations from US, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to exchange 314 prisoners after 'productive peace' talks. He noted that while a great deal of work still remains, steps like these show diplomatic engagement delivers tangible results.
