US' Antony Blinken meets South African Prez as part of Africa tour

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met South African President Cyril Ramaphosa at an airforce base in Centurion on Tuesday. Blinken, who is on a three-nation tour of Africa, later left for Congo. In his South Africa visit, Blinken launched the US' engagement policy with sub-Saharan African countries, calling the region a "major geopolitical force".
