US asks Americans to leave DNA samples, prepare will before travelling to Libya

In its strongest possible travel warning, US State Department has asked Americans who may be planning a trip to Libya to reconsider their plans. Americans are advised to leave DNA samples, draft a power of attorney, prepare a will and end-of-life instructions. The department warned that clashes between Libyan armed groups and government-aligned forces can break out at any time.
